BiaSol Return & Refund Policy

At BiaSol, we take pride in producing high-quality food products. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order, so we offer the following policy:


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@biasol.ie. We may request a photo of the issue to help us investigate. Where appropriate, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those listed above.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
